CMR-research on gas hydrate monitoring
CMR will present results from our ongoing research on gas hydrate monitoring at the 9th International Conference on Gas Hydrates, June 25-30, Denver, Colorado, USA.
The Int. Conf. on Gas Hydrates is held every three year, and brings together about 800 engineers and scientists to review developments over the previous three years, and to attempt to extrapolate for the near-term future. CMR will present results from our ongoing research on gas hydrate monitoring. More information about this research is found here
CMR will present two papers at this conference:
- “Characterization of Gas Hydrate Formation and Deposition using Dielectric Measurements,” joint publication with Statoil
- “Permittivity Sensors for Detection and Characterization of Hydrate Deposits on Pipe Walls,” joint publication with Colorado School of Mines and Statoil
